PACSCON personnel served as Senior Project Manager responsible for all environmental activities associated with the divestment of 30 retail service station sites. The scope of services included the completion of Sensitive Receptor Surveys, All Appropriate Inquiry Compliant Phase I environmental site assessments and Phase II environmental site assessments at all of the sites. Client consulting and support services were also provided, including coordination and facilitation with the buyer, buyer's consultants and lending agency, throughout the divestment and property transfer process.
PACSCON personnel were responsible for the management of all aspects of ongoing assessment and remediation activities at six facilities located throughout Florida. Aggressive management approach resulted in advancing these sites through the lifecycle resulting in improved regulatory relations and cooperation and case closure. Duties included primary client and regulator contact; development and implementation of technical approaches; supervision and coaching of assigned staff; and tracking, review and approval of deliverables and performance.
PACSCON personnel were responsible for the implementation, coordination and supervision of an approximately $2.5 million per year program composed of over 100 facilities ranging from corner service stations to Major Oil Storage Facilities at varying stages of assessment and/or remediation. Duties included primary client and regulator contact; development and implementation of the program structure and all technical approaches; supervision and continual coaching of a dedicated staff of up ten professionals; and tracking, review and approval of all program deliverables and overall program performance.
PACSCON personnel were responsible for the implementation of all phases of investigation and remediation at the site. Investigation work completed included the installation of more than 100 soil borings utilizing various drilling technologies, and collection of multimedia samples for field description and chemical analysis to refine the delineation of contaminant source areas in preparation for remediation planning. Numerous remedial alternatives were screened for the various on-site sources areas. Responsibilities included the review and interpretation of all collected geologic and chemical data as they related to potential exposure and remediation implications; generation of all investigation reports; continuance of all on-going monitoring activities; and support of client during regulatory interface. Our involvement at the site brought it into full compliance within six months of taking over management responsibilities.
